Website Service Agreement

Your written agreement must identify the pages and features to be delivered, content responsibilities, approval rounds, monthly edits, support expectations, invoice arrangements, ownership and licensing, and handoff terms. Extra work requires an agreed scope and price. A customer portal and automated billing are not included in the initial service.
