Sidewalk & Screen / Growth Engine

Prelaunch draft / test pricing

Missed calls don’t have
to mean missed work.

You cannot always pick up when you are doing the work. Give eligible callers a clearer way back, make review requests less of a chore and keep your business details easier to find.

A proposed service for small businesses, starting with local service businesses whose phone setup, staffing and recipient permission fit the agreed flow. Your team handles replies and decisions. Keep your existing website or pair it with one of ours.

A service proposal today. No live messaging, AI answering, booking, enrollment or payment is active.

Less to remember after the job

A conversation worth returning.
A reputation worth looking after.

01 / The next conversation

Give a missed caller
a way back.

When you are with a customer or off the clock, a timely follow-up can keep an eligible caller's request from ending in silence. Your team takes the conversation from there.

Proposed text follow-up requires matching documented permission and an approved flow. A missed call alone is not consent.

02 / One less reminder

Make the review request
less of a chore.

A consistent invitation can take one more task off your list. Every eligible recipient gets the same public review choice, whatever their feedback.

Neutral invitations only, with consent and opt-outs respected. No selective requests or incentives.

03 / The details customers need

Keep your Google details
off your to-do list.

Customers need current hours and service information. We check the details and prepare profile changes and reply drafts for your approval within the defined monthly scope.

You retain ownership and approve changes. Profile eligibility and access must be confirmed first.

How the proposed service works

Start with consent-gated missed-call follow-up, neutral review invitations, defined Google Business Profile management and factual reporting.

Sample report structure, not measured results. All four counts are invented examples, not customer results, forecasts or plan allowances. The review count does not establish what caused those reviews. Actual reports identify sources, gaps and human decisions. No assumed bookings or revenue attribution.

Two defined levels

Start with Core.
Assess Full separately.

These are monthly test prices for a proposed service. Both are priced separately from every website plan, including Local Authority. Setup, third-party costs, usage limits and support responsibilities must be agreed in writing before activation.

Growth Engine Core

Follow-up and reputation care.

For owners who miss calls and mean to return them.

$299/ month test price

  • Missed-call follow-up only where matching recipient permission is documented and the exact flow is approved.
  • Neutral review invitations for eligible recipients, with consent and opt-outs respected. The same public review choice regardless of sentiment.
  • Defined Google Business Profile management, detailed below.
  • A monthly factual report using available verified activity and profile data, with sources and gaps identified.

Core does not include AI answering or booking. Your team handles customer conversations and scheduling.

Discuss Core

Growth Engine Full / planned

A configured answering layer.

For owners exploring a way to have calls answered, not just returned, where a tested provider can support it.

$499/ month test price

  • Core's defined scope.
  • Planned third-party AI answering, booking and transfers, subject to tested provider capabilities.
  • Business-approved service information, scheduling boundaries and transfer rules, confirmed through real acceptance tests before activation.

Full is planned, not connected. Number compatibility, booking behavior, transfer handling and provider limits require validation. A person owns exceptions and customer decisions.

Assess Full's fit

No unlimited usage or support is promised. No provider subscription or integration has been purchased or activated for this draft. A website purchase does not enroll you in Growth Engine.

A defined monthly scope

Keep the profile
accurate and useful.

Google Business Profile management in Core and Full means one monthly accuracy check of business details and hours, up to two approved profile updates, and up to four review-response drafts per month.

You retain ownership and approve changes and replies. Access and profile eligibility must be confirmed first. Search rankings, lead volume and revenue are not guaranteed.

Clear responsibilities.

We prepare
Agreed follow-up wording, profile checks, update proposals and a factual monthly activity report.
You approve
Accurate business details, permission records, profile changes and the staff responsible for replies.
We report
What the available data shows, what it does not show and any actions requiring a human decision. No assumed revenue attribution.

A separate project

A past customer.
A new conversation.

Considering a seasonal campaign for opted-in past customers? Start with a review of contact eligibility and documented consent. For example, a roofing inspection offer is a promotional message.

Explore a reactivation campaign

Separately quoted

$1,500–$3,000

Proposed campaign range, subject to an eligibility and consent assessment and a written scope.

Campaigns, including any quarterly campaign, are separately quoted. They are not included in Core, Full or a website plan. Raw list size alone does not determine the quote.

Before anything goes live

A careful start.
A human next step.

Tell us about your small business and the work you want help with. We assess fit and agree a bounded scope before any activation.

Start a fit conversation
Can we text every missed caller or past customer?

No. A missed call, past job or prior relationship alone does not establish texting permission. Recipient eligibility, the specific message purpose, documented consent and opt-outs must be assessed. Exact messaging and phone flows need provider and legal review before live use.

How are review invitations handled?

Use neutral wording for eligible recipients, respect consent and opt-outs, and offer the same public review destination regardless of rating or sentiment. No selective positive-review requests or incentives are proposed.

Is Growth Engine included in a website plan?

No. Core and Full are separately priced from all website plans. Campaigns are separately quoted too. Usage, setup, third-party costs and support boundaries are confirmed in a written agreement.

Does Core answer calls or book appointments?

No. Core does not include AI answering or booking. Full's third-party answering, booking and transfers are planned and subject to tested provider capabilities, an approved configuration and a defined human handoff.

Do you need sensitive identity information?

Do not send sensitive identity information, identity documents or contact lists through this site. If a chosen provider legitimately requires tax or identity verification, the business owner completes it directly in that provider's secure flow.

What happens when I contact you?

A fit conversation comes first. This preview does not enroll a business, start a service, create an account or activate a recurring charge. Hosting, message delivery and provider arrangements still need approval and testing before launch.
