Reactivation / a separate project

A useful reason
to reconnect.

Past customers already know your work. A timely, useful reason to reconnect can put you in mind when they need it again.

A proposed paid campaign for eligible, opted-in past customers, starting with a free list review.

Discuss a free list review ↗

Describe how permission was recorded before sharing any customer data. A past job or relationship alone is not permission for a promotional text.

Eligibility before a quote

$1,500-$3,000

Proposed campaign range. A written quote follows an eligible-contact and consent assessment; raw list size alone does not determine the price.

  1. Free list review
  2. Written quote on eligible contacts
  3. Approved, tested campaign

Campaigns, including quarterly campaigns, are separately quoted. No campaign is running and no results are guaranteed.

Growth Engine / prelaunch proposal

Busy with the work?
Keep the next call in reach.

A missed call does not have to be the end of the conversation. Explore a way back for eligible callers, a consistent review request and less profile admin.

01 / The next conversation

Give a missed caller
a way back.

When you are with a customer or off the clock, a timely follow-up can keep an eligible caller's request from ending in silence. Your team takes the conversation from there.

Proposed text follow-up requires matching documented permission and an approved flow. A missed call alone is not consent.

02 / One less reminder

Make the review request
less of a chore.

A consistent invitation can take one more task off your list. Every eligible recipient gets the same public review choice, whatever their feedback.

Neutral invitations only, with consent and opt-outs respected. No selective requests or incentives.

03 / The details customers need

Keep your Google details
off your to-do list.

Customers need current hours and service information. We check the details and prepare profile changes and reply drafts for your approval within the defined monthly scope.

You retain ownership and approve changes. Profile eligibility and access must be confirmed first.

Sample report structure, not measured results. All four counts are invented examples, not customer results, forecasts or plan allowances. The review count does not establish what caused those reviews. Actual reports identify sources, gaps and human decisions. No assumed bookings or revenue attribution.

Consent-gated follow-up, neutral review invitations, defined profile care and factual reporting. No AI answering or booking.

Who we build for

Small businesses.
A big part of our towns.

Small businesses helped build our towns. Big chains and platforms have budgets and reach an independent shop often has to work around. We believe independent businesses deserve the same care in how they show up and follow up, at a scale that fits their work. That’s who we build for.
