Greenline field notes / 03

Care for your corner of the world.

A regular rhythm or a seasonal fresh start. Find the kind of help your property needs.

01

Recurring lawn care

A tidy lawn without the weekly to-do list. Agree on a mowing rhythm that fits the grass and the way it grows.

  • Mowing and accessible-area trimming
  • Defined edges along paths and drives
  • Blowing clippings off hard surfaces
02

Beds & mulch

Give existing planting a clear frame and room to breathe, from the front entrance to the back fence.

  • Hand weeding and bed cleanup
  • Bed-edge definition
  • Mulch refresh with agreed material and depth
03

Seasonal cleanup

Bring a busy or overgrown yard back into a manageable rhythm with a focused, one-time scope.

  • Leaf collection in agreed areas
  • Removal of loose garden debris
  • Cutback of suitable seasonal planting
04

Garden refresh

A few well-chosen changes can make an entrance or garden corner feel considered again.

  • Small planting updates
  • Simple bed reshaping
  • Plant and material selection discussion

A clear scope comes first.

These services illustrate the Greenline demo. Availability, visit frequency, materials, and pricing need a property assessment. Tree removal, pesticide applications, irrigation repairs, drainage construction, and large hardscape work are outside this sample scope.

A few useful details

Before the first visit.

How often should my lawn be mowed?

Grass type, growth, weather, and your goals all matter. Ask about an appropriate weekly or biweekly rhythm, with adjustments when conditions change.

Can I start with a one-time cleanup?

Yes, a cleanup can be discussed as its own scope. Describe the debris, overgrowth, and access so the estimate can reflect the work involved.

What if rain changes the schedule?

Ask how schedule updates are communicated and what happens when ground conditions make a visit unsuitable. Confirm the plan before recurring service begins.

Are plants and mulch part of the estimate?

Materials, quantities, delivery, and disposal should be listed in the agreed estimate. Photos and rough bed measurements are useful starting points.
